Plugin info can't be obtained if the vendor URL is invalid

To reproduce:

1. make a plugin with the vendor section: <vendor name="${project.organization.name}" url="${blah}"/>
2. bundle it with confluence
3. try to get its information in the upm

You get a red error message.
