Missing French localisation in the admin interface (localization)

I work on a project for the Canadian Federal Government with Confluence that we customize with our own theme so everything should be properly localized according to our accessibility mandate.
I have noticed some elements not translated in the administration console.
Take French as you language in the settings then open the administration.

Some elements are just in the administration and they should be localized.

More important, when in a page that I edit I choose to insert a macro, I am presented with a pop-up and a list of macros.
Most of them appear in French for their description but some are still in English while they are obviously from Atlassian.
French speaking users (or German) have access to this so the description should be localized properly.

When I go on the admin side to check the text with French as my current language, all the plugin tabs are fully in English!!! as well as some other parts of the admin interface. As I cannot find easily what is not properly translated, this does not help to report

Please, by order of priority
1) make sure that all the macro descriptions are properly localized as they are exposed to any user
As a suggestion for a unit test, the description... should be different from one language to another for each macro

• I cannot provide an exact list for the above reasons but at least
• the macro 'confluence news' (News' news about confluence) translated as

  {gadget:url=rest/gadgets/1.0/g/com.atlassian.confluence.plugins.gadgets:confluence-news-gadget/gadgets/confluence-news-gadget.xml}{gadget}

• the macro 'spacejump' present in the documentation theme but maybe elsewhere (This macro allows for creating links to jump to a page with the same name as the current one in a different space.)
• the macro {spacebookmarkslink}

  from the social bookmarking plugin maybe (cannot open it on my box)

2) fix the parts of the admin screen which are not localized

• all the tabs of the plugins menu including the descriptions of the macros
• import models (tips on the right)
• mail servers, test
• spam prevention / prevention du courrier indesirable captcha choice (active/inactive should be actif/inactif)
  linguistic support for PDF (install button)
• configure whitelist
• webdav configuration
• global logo (active/inactive)
• Thread dump
• trusted applications
