Import failure leaves the database inconsistent

      If a xml import fails for any reason, Confluence will leave the database inconsistent.
      The criticality of this bug is that there is no easy way to delete a inconsistent space from the database.

      If the import fails, Confluence should be able to rollback what was imported before the crash.
