This is an improvement request to allow specifying which user to be used in trusted connection with JIRA.

Anonymous=false: EITHER use the user credentials defined by the

Administrator OR if they're not present then use the user's credentials

In short allow Confluence to use a specific username to communicate with JIRA regardless of the credentials of the user viewing the page.
