TOC Rendering Fails After Restore of site or Import a Space

      I'm attaching a test space backup to replicate the problem.

      Basically, when using TOC markup, it's necessary to edit and save the page in order to have the content rendered.

      I'm also attaching a screenshot of how it should looks like and one of how it looks if you just import and rebuild indexes.
