Confluence is including an old version of package-scanner, rather than the version required/built/tested with the plugin framework.

Current confluence hard codes the version of package scanner to 0.7.7 in the top level pom.xml.

The version tested and built with for the plugin framework is currently 0.9.4. The build should be updated (if possible) just to use the version required by the plugin framework rather than overriding it at the top level.

Note that upgrading to the newer version of this package will likely increase the number of INFO / WARN log messages coming from this library (due to some packages being exported from more than one jar). We may need to either reduce the default logging, or fix the underlying export issues.
