Create permissions for comments

Can there be a way to permission comments?

We use Confluence for user documentation, and would like the ability to have certain users' comments to be hidden from end users. For example, if an internal employee makes a comment on a documentation page, we would like for it to be visible only to other employees, not end users. Alternatively, a comment review option (i.e., comments do not appear unless marked visible by a moderator) might work as well.

We are still evaluating Confluence, but this would be a great feature for when we move to production. Thanks!
