Differentiate between active and disabled users in the People Directory

A user will appear in the People Directory even if they have been disabled (not removed).

The People Directory makes no distinction between active and disabled users, which can potentially clutter the directory if a lot of users are disabled.

Propose grouping the users into "Active" and "Disabled" or something similar.
