Some links are reported as "undefined" when they really ARE defined

      When I get a report of undefined links, I find two kinds of incorrect entries in the result set.

      #1 - Block entries linked into a regular page (e.g., [/2004/10/25/What I did today])

      #2 - External file references (e.g., file://server/folder/presentation.ppt)
