Unable to view 'watches'

      standalone with sql backend

      After upgrade from 3.2 to 3.3 when the user clicks on their name and then goes to their "watches" section an error displays.

      if they go and set a new watch for a page they had never watched before, and then do the same steps..they can see all their watches again.
