Show maximum attachment size to the user in attachment form

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      It would be very nice if the maximum attachment size would be shown to the user in the upload form.
      This avoids questions and incorrect uploads when the files are too big.

      Update: I just uploaded an example screenshot of how it could look like.
