Left Navigation doesn't render properly since 3.0

      Since 3.0, if you set Left Navigation, the 'Navigation' at left side bar will not render properly on pages, except on the 'Navigation' page.

      Attachment 'leftnav_fine' shows the expected behavior.
      Attachment 'leftnav_error' shows how the 'Navigation' is being rendered on all the other pages.
