This requires 2 users to reproduce.
User 1 creates a page
User 2 adds that page to a JIRA dashboard
User 1 restricts the page so that User 2 can't access it.
User 2 refreshes their page gadget.
User 2 will see an "undefined" error in the page gadget. The error message should look the same as the message in the 3.4 gadget.
