Not possible to edit in Word (Office 2007 UK)

    Description

      Not possible to edit in Word, the file is not loaded into Word for editing.
      It is possible to View the file and open as read only.

      The same problem occur for all other standard Office files.
      It doesn't matter whether it is .doc or .docx and similar extensions.
