Raising this issue because PaulC asked me to; I know we don't support Chrome yet.

When I'm creating a new page, I used to be able to edit the page restrictions before saving the page. Since switching from FF to Chrome, I have only been able to do this occasionally. Haven't worked out why it sometimes works; will update this issue if I do.
