Add new component for OSGi plugins to get the active Hibernate session

      Plugins need a way of accessing the currently active Hibernate session without using Spring's SessionFactoryUtils directly. The correct version of SessionFactoryUtils (2.0.8) isn't available to OSGi plugins.

      Attached is the patch with the new component created.
