Upgrading from CONF 2.8.1 to 3.3

We updated CONF 2.8.1 to CONF 3.3 and had many problems with that.
So there are some tables with new columns or removed columns. There is no update script to solve that. We compared every 40 tables by tool to find the differences. After altering the tables it seems that runs.
The last point was: we were not able to remove spaces (Exception). What we found out: we had the Community Bubbles Plugin 1.1 installed on the old version 2.8.1. As we disabled that we were able to remove spaces. We uninstalled the plugin over the plugin repository and after that there was version 1.6.2 offered to install. After new installation of Community Bubbles spaces could be removed.
