Macro Browser doesn't handle browser zooming well

Steps to reproduce:
1. Edit a page
2. Click on the macro browser
3. Select the table of contents macro
4. Change the browser zoom to three sizes smaller (CTRL -)

Result:
The macro browser parameters disappear (see attached macrobrowser-toc-1.jpg)

5. Now refresh the page, and click on the macro browser again
6. Select table of contents
Result:
The macro browser moves the macro parameters to the left bottom (see attached macrobrowser-toc-2.jpg)
