User macros don't show up in the Macro Browser and Macro Autocomplete

I don't really know if this should be a bug or an improvement, so feel free to change it. But I created a user macro through the Confluence admin interface, and when I went to use it I was expecting it to come up on Autocomplete and in the Macro Browser, but it didn't.
