During database setup, "Next" button should be disabled if the page is still loading

When setting up Confluence, at certain stages the page will take a little bit longer to load. For example, at the setup of Confluence database.

While the page is still loading, the "Next" button is available for click, some user might just click this button and this will certainly break the whole setup process, especially during database setup.

Suggestion:
Disable the button first, until the page finished loading, only the button available for click.
