Some text describing the web sudo setting would be helpful to have in the security config sidebar

Currently the web sudo feature is not described in the left sidebar on the security configuation page. The feature is listed on the page as "Secure administrator sessions" which made it difficult to find. Some text describing the setting would make it easier to find.
