Adding an empty comment on a page fails

Steps to re-produce:

1. Go to a page
2. Add a comment
3. Press submit (dont enter any text in the comment)

You get this error:

Comment text is empty. Cannot create empty comments. 

But lose all the body of the page. It shouldn't lose the page body text
