In 3.0 the only way to get notifications of actions by people you are following is with the rss feed from the network tab. I'd like to get email notifications from people I'm following instead.

I currently use watch page, watch space and the rss network feed. Currently my RSS feed for the network contains very similar data to the emails from the spaces I watch, so it would be great to have these unified by getting it all in email.
