"edit in word" doen's work in firefox for non-english page titles - WebDav launcher does not support nonenglish symbols in URL

    Description

      If page title contains nonenglish symbols WebDav launcher sent incorrect URL to Application the result is - can't edit pages in word.
      Page content stored in UTF-8. "Edit in word" works fine in Internet Explorer.
