Make the capitalisation of TrackBack consistent

      Turadg on conf-user: "Please choose one way to write TrackBack, while you're at it. On General Configuration they're called "Trackbacks", "TrackBacks" and "trackbacks". MovableType referes to them uniformly as "TrackBack"."
