When using keyboard shortcuts to add links via the RTE, you cannot submit the link browser form with the "enter/return" key.

Steps to repro:

• Type text in RTE
• Hit ctrl-shift-K to select text
• Arrow to "Insert web link"
• Hit cmd-v to paste a URL
• Hit "enter" nothing happens!

You need to click "Insert" to submit the form.
