Library upgrade: WebWork

      We need to upgrade WebWork, but it's critical that we upgrade it carefully. We're running on a strange, forked version. Patrick tells me he's fixed WW-591 and we should be able to use it, but we should proceed with caution.

      We really need to upgrade to stable version so that people can get the source.
