The sal plugin uses different dependencies from Confluence unnecessarily.

    • We collect Confluence feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

The SAL plugin's pom declares different versions of some dependencies from Confluence, without reason. Eg seraph 0.38.3. These add to the weight of the project unnecessarily. They aren't the versions that will be run with in actuality, so there is no reason to leave them in.
