Page Title Becomes Read Only

This happens when we add a page. We first noticed it when a user clicks the Title box before the editor is loaded. That page title box becomes read only.

An easier way to replicate this:

• Add a page
• Mouse click the Title text box (the cursor should now in the text box)
• Mouse click the empty space between the "Save" and "Cancel" buttons
• The Title text box is now read only

We can replicate it on 3.0 and 3.1.2 in our environement, as well as 3.1.2 on http://confluence.atlassian.com
