Daily Backups setting is provided in the wrong configuration file

      See CONF-19331 and http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Copy+of+Configuring+Daily+Backups

      The instructions are:

         1.  Edit the confluence.cfg.xml file found in the Confluence Home directory.
   2. Set the value of property admin.ui.allow.daily.backup.custom.location to 'true' (without the quotation marks).
   3. Restart Confluence.

      However, the confluence-init.properties file contains some new text:

      ###########################
# Daily Backups Directory #
###########################

## Set this to true to enable setting of the daily backups directory in the admin section.
#confluence.backup.path.set.allowed=false

      As far as I can tell, this setting has no affect on the system behaviour, and is presumably in here by mistake.

      This is potentially confusing for admin users, and certainly gives a bad impression of the product.
