The macro icons for the editor autocomplete dropdown come from a 20px-high sprite, but plugin macro icons won't be in the sprite.

The plugin macro icon shows in the Macro Browser as an image so we should be able to scale the image down and add it to the dropdown item in the same way that we do for Image Autocomplete dropdown items.
