groups of pages with the {excerpt-include} macro that refer to each other insert values into the macro

      In those 3 pages add an

      {excerpt-include}

      macro for the other 2 pages (e.g. Page E has excerpt include for D and excerpt include for F)

      Notice how another page is added into the reference in the rich text editor.
