All icon images are missing alt tag descriptions which make entire application, section 508 noncompliant for US government users.

            This list looks like the old static images on the dashboard, which have been fixed in recent versions of Confluence.

            The only images which will appear on the dashboard without alternative text are those provided by the user, for which Confluence cannot provide alternative text.

            Please raise a new specific issue if you see a Confluence-provided image in the UI without alternative text or a title attribute.
