When in the viewrecentblogposts action the Add toolbar menu button is aligned outside the browser window

When you go to the view recent blogs page eg https://localhost/pages/viewrecentblogposts.action?key=~smansour
Then go to the "Add" menu toolbar option, the alignment for this is out. (See screenshot)

In firefox and chrome - haven't tested other browsers.
