Slimmer blog design should have tooltips on the blog post titles to show the posted date

      For the new slimmer blog design introduced in CONF-18738:

      The list of blog posts displays the title only, not the posting date.

      It would be good for the UI to provide this information somehow - either on-screen text or a tooltip.

      Currently the user can only find out the posting date via the URL, but this will not always be shown by all browsers.
