Using IE8 (specifically only in 8.0.6001.18702), the top bottom scroll bar appears to be at the center of the page instead of at the right side during editing a page in Wiki Markup.

This bug only happens in Confluence 3.2 only (tried in 3.1.2 and it works normally). Trying with IE8 (8.0.7600), the top bottom scroll bar works normally. Besides, it happens on all Confluence themes.
