I received my daily e-mail digest "[confluence] Confluence Changes in the last 24 hours" today and noticed all the comment links are broken.

The links appear as:
$webwork.htmlEncode($content.displayTitle) has a new comment [ user]

And link to:
https://extranet.atlassian.com$content.urlpath/

The links should appear as:
Page Name has a new comment [user]
And the link should actually work. Also note that there is a space between [ and the username which probably shouldn't be there.

Also, an e-mail I received on 1 Apr 2010 did not have this issue.
