add or edit page - top right corner of scroll bar not rendered correctly ie7 only

      winxp ie7 (not ie 6 or ie 8)

      When adding or opening a page, the top right corner of the wiki markup page is not rendering correctly. The corner of the scrollbar is underneath the gray shaded area. (see screenshot)

      This also means that any text in the first line of the wiki markup editor is invisible. I just added a macro to a page, and I can't see the macro I added.
