Documentation theme suddenly stopped working.

      Windows 7 (x64)

      RHEL 5.2 - Linux 2.6.18-92.1.22.el5 #1 SMP
      JDK: jdk1.6.0_10

      I turned on "Did You Mean" and suddenly all the spaces I created using the Documentation Theme no longer render correctly. The left pane is appearing at the top of the space and the "Hide Sidebar" button is no longer visible.
