If a theme other than the default theme is the globally configured theme, you cannot set a space to the default theme

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Under Admin > Themes configure the site theme to be anything other than the 'default' theme
      2. Create a space. There is no option to select the 'default' theme. This is also the case under Space Admin > Themes.
