Problem: Office Connector tries to download crossdomain.xml from http://crossdomain.xml, which does not exist.

This file belongs in /templates/extra/conversion/crossdomain.xml, part of Office Connector's jar file.

When one visits a page with a viewfile macro, the plugin will try to download crossdomain.xml (as a URL) rather than correctly specifying it as a resource to be retrieved from Confluence. In doing so, it tries to download from http://crossdomain.xml - causing a http 502 error code.

In a reported case, this slows performance for viewfile macros eg. by 10 seconds as the proxy server tries to search for this url.
