Cannot access Save and Cancel buttons when in RTE full screen mode

      confluence on Windows 7 64bit

      When using the Rich Text editor in full screen mode, the Save and Cancel buttons are not visible.
      You need to exit full screen to save your changes. It would be more convenient if you did not have to do this.
      The buttons could be added to the RH end of the toolbar when in full screen mode.
