Confluence 1.3 DR-1 looks to have issues identifying when to "start" the noformat text block. Specifically, spaces are ignored prior to the start of text.

You can see the first line's spaces prior to the start of text is ignored, but subsequent spaces are accounted for in the remaining block of text.
