Currenty only 'edit page' has the Minor Change option. But this option is very important to have in all save/edit/delete operation, as my users complaints of too many notifications.

Operations that should have a 'Minor Change' options is:

-Add/Remove Attachements
-Add Page
-Remove Page
-Add Comment
-Edit Comment
-Remove Comment

I have 500 users in my company and the complaints are so strong, that the whole notification framework is almot unusable.

Please fix this.
