Confluence failed with too many open files when an admin tries to see all users

    Description

      When an admin tries to see all LDAP users in the admin console or People Directory, Confluence tries to make a connection to the LDAP server for every single user it has.

      This can kill Confluence with 'Too many open files' error.

      This unfortunate problem is caused by CONF-12617
