Dynamic Task List Broken

      Since upgrading from Confluence 2.10.3 to 3.1 the dynamic task list macro does not allow editing or adding of new tasks. The UI appears to submit the AJAX request but the following JavaScript error is generated.

      We have uninstalled and re-installed the dynamic tasklist in both our beta and production instances of the Confluence wiki but this did not solve the issue.
