The 'Create a space' , 'Feed Builder' and 'People Directory' actions on the Dashboard are hidden below the spaces list. When you have a Confluence instance with large number of spaces you need to scroll to the bottom of the Dashboard to see them.

Let's move them to a new spot on the Dashboard so they get more visibility, possibly above the spaces list.
