URLs containing pipes are truncated

      The URL we are trying to display is:

      [Spanish test|http://translate.google.com/#en|es|Test.]

      This does not work in Confluence or JIRA. Escaping the characters (per http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONFKB/URL+Containing+Pipe+is+Truncated) does not fix the problem. Example: Spanish test

      The HTML macro suggested work around does work.
