Decorator Themes

      At the moment, we have only 1 default decorator (whereas we could have a couple of built-in decorators) - and also there is no way to share decorations between spaces.

      The solution to this is to have "Themes".

      A Theme can be a set of decorators - and when customising the decoration, a space admin can select an existing Theme or create a new one...
