Download Microsoft Office 2007 format files using IE will change the extension to zip file

      When downloading the Microsoft Office 2007 format files the downloaded files will be save as .zip file. This happens in IE.

      Step to replicate

      1. Browse to a page
      2. Upload Microsoft Office 2007 format files using Drag and Drop feature via Tool >> Attachments
      3. Download the Microsoft Office 2007 format files by Right click >> Save Target As
